Length of neck...: How long or short your neck is doesn't have much to do with swallowing... It's what inside that counts. If you're having difficulty swallowing food, feel that food is getting "stuck" halfway down your throat, or that it often goes down the "wrong pipe"... How likely is it for a bad cough (from choking) to cause a vein dissection of the neck? The cough left my arm with a dull pain as well. Bit worried.
