Absolutely: I'm a dentist & a chocoholic (with moderation of course). Some candy and snacks are worse than others. It is all dependent upon frequency of use, time in contact with teeth, and type of candy or snack. Sticky snacks and long lasting ones such as breath mints, lollipops, caramels, etc are bad. Chocolate washes away quickly and is not so bad. When you can't brush & floss, at least rinse afterwards. ...Read more
