Chocolate: Hard candy is simply sugar entirely with no nutrients at all. Chocolate candy will contain some anti-oxidants and mild solids which have a slight additive advantage. Hydroxycut: Well, to put it gently, you are comparing bad (coffee & soda) to worse (hydroxycut). Hydroxycut was taken off the market at one point as a result of reports of liver problems, seizures, and rhabdomyolysis. It is an herbal supplement and therefore not regulated by the fda. Not that coffee and soda are good for you, but if i had to choose, i would pick that over hydroxycut. ...Read more

Energy drinks: Almost all energy drinks, even the sugar free ones have all kinds of ingredients. I wouldn't worry about staining. I would worry about the acids in them that can contribute to tooth decay. I would also worry about all those 'extra' & unnecessary ingredients as well as why you need extra energy from a drink?
