For my fragmented sleep pdoc offered 1mg of clonazepam, or 25mg of chlorpromazine? Which one is less dangerous short term (month or two of use) ?
Safe or efficacious?: Sleep hygiene is the most essential element to sound, restful sleep. For short-term use, 25mg of Chlorpromazine is a small dose--that's probably less dangerous.
