Bladder: Blood in the urine sounds like a primary bladder problem. Like recurrent urinary infections or another type of inflammation. Reinfection possible: Did you have sex while you were taking the treatment? It is recommended you have no sex for 10 -14 days after the one day or during the one week treatment. STDs: You require major education re sexually transmitted diseases. You need to have all your sexual contacts told of your findings and vice versa. You need to relay details of how chlamydia was diagnosed, what was used for antibiotic and how long a treatment. Were other STDs looked for. Current discharge needs to be cultured. Did you have sex: with anyone while you were being treated? Have you had sexual partners since then who could have retransmitted an STD to you? Need more info: I'm not sure I understand the time line if events. When did you finish treatment ? When did you have sex after starting trwawnt? Did your partner get treated? If I correctly recall, in your other question you said you tested negative for WBC in your urethra or urine, so probably no infection. Possibly yeast, esp if uncircumcised. It depends: Some treatments for BV are not that effective. For instance, Metronidazole can be ineffective even though it is the most commonly prescribed treatment for bv.
