No: You don't create the infection as much as you catch it & pass it on. Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection/disease that is pre-existing and passed from sexual partner to sexual partner unless antibiotics are given or a condom is worn. That's why regardless of whether the female is taking a birth control pill or not, we always recommend that the male partner wear a condom each & every time. ...Read more
