Need Medication: Infertility is very fustrating. BUT, even with PCOS, there are proven medications to help you concieve (metformin, Clomid, (clomiphene) letrozole). Additionally, other tests may be needed like a semen analysis and test of Fallopian tubes. Don't concentrate on a variety of herbal treatments that have not yet been medically proven, or FDA tested. Detox is a fraud: Herbal or any other detox is not going to do you any good, other than lighten your wallet. Depending on the herbs you take, it could interfere with your birth control. You do not need detox, no body does. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. There : There is no evidence that any of these supplements can stimulate ovulation. There are no studies that demonstrate that these will help. Most women who go off depo do start ovulating in the next few months. Try staying in bed for 15 minutes after intercourse with your knees up, and be sure you have optimal nutrition.
