Allergy vs infection: First, try using a nasal saline was daily for several days. See an ear, nose, throat specialist who will look with a scope to see if there is truly inflammation. You may need an intranasal antihistamine or steroid. If symptoms persist after that, dr may suggest ct scan to look for chronic sinusitis, which could require antibiotics for one month. ...Read more

Neck swelling: Most probably lymph gland enlargement from adjacent area infection may even be from bad teeth or it might be cyst, the examining physician get a better impression of it. If does not resolves he or she may suggest you to have biopsy .for a definitive diagnosis ...Read more

Possibly...: This could still represent slightly swollen but small lymph nodes (shotty lymph nodes) due to localized or systemic inflammatory conditions such as infections. It may be difficult for you to actually isolate and feel lymph nodes under the skin, but your doctor should be able to. Generally, shotty lymph nodes are not of concern, but do see your doctor if you have unexpected weight loss or fever. ...Read more

Need a consultation: a radial head fracture with wrist pain can be a more significant injury. You need an X-ray of the wrist and elbow. If the radial head is depressed it shortens the radius leading to wrist pain. You might need surgery on the radial head. Until then keep moving but wear a sling. ...Read more

Exam : Lower eyelid sores with a lip sore makes me think of herpes simplex disease, and an exam is definitely warranted right away. This combination would not be consistent with HPV. See an ophthalmologist for an exam. ...Read more
