Unrelated: It is unlikely that the nose spray is causing your cough or tender glands. I suspect that you may be suffering from a right sided (maxillary?) sinusitis and thus the cough. However you should get examined by your doctor to make sure that you don't have asthma as well since allergic rhinitis not infrequently progress to allergic asthma. ...Read more

Blocked tube: This sometimes happens when up in an airplane or scuba diving. The cause of her complaint is probably a blocked eustachian tube in the ear.
