Ear Pain: The lumps you have noticed are most likely swollen "glands" or lymph nodes. These enlarge and can be painful when you are fighting an infection. The ear pain with the location of the swollen lymph nodes sounds suspicious for an ear infection. I recommend ibuprofen 400mg every 6-8 hours for the pain and seeing a doctor tomorrow to check your ear and throat. ...Read more
