Possibly thyroiditis: Some of your symptoms sound consistent with subacute thyroiditis. This is inflammation of the thyroid, typically related to a virus infection. Thyroid levels may or may not be normal. You should see an endocrinologist for further evaluation.

Lymphoma: All these symptoms are consistent with lymphoma. The pain snd "swelling" in your neck could be enlarged lymph nodes. Best to get checked out by an md as blood tests will not show lymphoma in many cases but imaging might. Good luck.

Weight loss, night sweats, chest pain, right side neck ache?

See your doctor: In someone your age, this may or may not be an early warning sign of a lymphoma. Now, I do not want to worry you but you need to get blood work and ct scan for starters. I would not wait too long. Is there a family history of cancer? Do you have swelling anywhere else? Are the night sweats drenching. If any of the answers are true, you need to see an oncologist and your pcp can refer you.

Weight loss, night sweats, chest pain, right side neck ache?

Lymphoma: Your symptoms are classic for lymphoma and your neck pain could be due to a swollen lymph node. At your age, this is a common malignancy. You should seek medical attention right away.

Time to visit doctor: It sounds like you need to visit your medical provider very soon for a full physical exam and labs. A physician needs to see you in person and evaluate your medical history, labs, vital signs, and physical exam findings. Good luck.

History of cvps. Been cold, having cold sweats and very tired. Occasionally dizzy but no chest pain. Answers?

PVCs?: Do you mean pvcs (premature ventricular contractions)? They don't cause you to feel cold or have sweats. If very frequent, they could cause fatigue but not usually. Chronic pain is the more likely cause. They only cause dizziness if there are many in a row causing your BP to drop transiently.

What causes fatigue, night sweats, chest pain, red painful wrinkled toes, vitamin D deficiency and leukocytes in urine?

What causes fatigue, night sweats, chest pain, red painful wrinkled toes, vitamin D deficiency and leukocytes in urine?

Concerning: Your symptoms are concerning for a number of possible illnesses, and definitely needs to be worked up urgently. I would be most concerned for a possible malignancy, or other chronic inflammatory syndrome. Unfortunately, your multiple symptoms make it impossible, to give a specific diagnosis. However these symptoms are serious, and should be Evaluated and worked up as soon as possible

My Phlegm is a rust brown color. I have a deep cough, shortness of breathe, severe chest pain, and night sweats. I have chronic costrocondritis?

Blood in sputum?: The description of your phlegm makes me think that blood could be discoloring it, which would obviously be concerning, especially in light of your other symptoms. Are you a smoker? How old are you? You may need some testing soon - CT scan, bronchoscopy.

Viral illness?: Sounds like it could be a viral illness. If you're concerned, see your primary care provider soon for a more complete evaluation. Use your best judgment as to whether or not you can wait until next week. Viral illnesses tend to run their course in 7-14 days. Hope this helps!

Flu. High fever that has gone down now. Some night sweats. Mild cough. No chest pain. Blood in phlegm at morning that clears up during the day.?

Flu. High fever that has gone down now. Some night sweats. Mild cough. No chest pain. Blood in phlegm at morning that clears up during the day.?

Give it time: What you described fits in with upper respiratory viral infection and it is healing. Give it time. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Confirmed anaemic. Is this y I have heavy night sweats, weight loss, chest pain low back pain. Had iv iron but symptoms still present. Fed up!

IV iron?: This does not sound right to me. Unless you have serious stomach problems, there is no reason to be on IV iron to treat anemia. More importantly, you need to see your doctor about these night sweats and weight loss and pains. If you are not sure why you are getting IV iron, get a 2nd opinion.
