You : You don't necessarily need to be seen at this time. Recommend hydrating well with water - at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Recommend a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (i.e. Motrin) to help reduce fever and control muscular aches). If you still have a fever after about a week, i would contact your doctor. Need blood work.: No energy has multiple etiologies, anemia, thyroid disorder, poor nutrition, cardiac problems, poor sleep habits etc etc. Muscle aches can be caused by medication such as statiins, deconditioning

You could have: some type of stomach virus or bacterial infection, or it could be incidental with some pre-existing viral infection that was coming anyway. Or you could influenza. The tiny lymph nodes are probably normal and unless they enlarge, change consistency, become tender or increase in number are not likely to cause problems. Still could be flue: body ache is a sign of viral illness, flue is the most common, negative fever or other flue symptoms ,will not rule out flue, of course it could be other and hydration. the virus adsorbed our fluid like a sponge.
