Chills Frequent Urination Nausea Ovarian Cancer
Frequent urination, some pelvic pain & soreness right side, little nausea. Back pain but can't fully contribute as symptom. Scared of ovarian cancer?
Uti: The sudden onset would make me worry less about ovarian cancer but rather a UTI which by virtue of the pain and nausea, would make me worry about pyelonephritis although you did not say anything about fever. Go get evaluated and that should be the best way and the best thing for you. ...Read more
Cancer is a group of diseases that is characterized by uncontrolled cell growth leading to invasion of surrounding tissues that spread to other parts of the body. Is having to urinate a minimum of every three hours considered frequent urination ? I don't recal what has been normal for me. Ovarian cancer ???
Yes it may be: Frequent urination means having to run to the bathroom even when your bladder is not full of urine. It is usually a combination of frequent urination(for small quantities) and urge to rush to the bath room which implies bladder infection. This can be verified with a urine test(called Urinalysis/UA). Ovarian cancer is less likely unless you have swelling of your abdomen? ...Read more

I have stomach bloat, pelvic pain, abdo pain, frequent urination, dizziness, dull headaches, nausea. Complication with a ?pregnancy or ovarian cancer
No way to...: There is no way to tell until you get the appropriate tests for your symptoms. First of all if you suspect you might be pregnant get a pregnancy test. Ovarian cancer is far less common than pregnancy so it is not one of the first things to consider unless you have had a diagnosis of this sort in the past. My recommendation is to see your gynecologist for exam and tests as needed and appropriate. ...Read more

Could a cyst be a sign of ovarian cancer if you have premature ovarian failure? I have awful pain, increased urination and prolonged heavy bleeding.
My sister is 16 yrs old. She has frequent urination, missed periods and abdominal bloating. Ovarian cancer? These symptoms will not go away.
Need to be seen: Assuming she is not pregnant (and a home pregnancy test is inexpensive and accurate), a physical exam and possibly an ultrasound should help with the diagnosis. Cancer is unusual but not impossible in a 16 y/o, but non cancer cysts in the ovaries and many other disorders can give similar symptoms. ...Read more

I get full easily, throw up after meals, sleep a lot, pee a lot, and have a lot of pain in my lower back and near my hips/abdomen. Ovarian cancer?
I have pubic bone pain and urinary frequency. Doctor ordered a transvaginal ultrasound that came back clear. Could it be ovarian cancer? (age28, brca)
Probably not: It is very unlikely to have ovarian cancer at 28yo. A negative ultrasound doesn't necessarily rule it out but is a good indicator that the ovaries are ok at this time. If you are brca positive, then you should have an ultrasound and ca125 test every 6 months which may help a little but even better is to remove ovaries once you have completed your family. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Having the urge to urinate a lot. Had a pelvic exam and vag u/s 5 months ago. Uti ruled out. Could it be ovarian cancer?
