OK, but....: Your child will be ok receiving these two medicines at the same time. Claritin (loratadine) will most likely do very little to help with the runny nose, and many studies have shown that children's "cough medicines" do not work and sometimes can have unwanted side effects. ...Read more

Try to space them: Out 4-6 hours apart. Nyquil has tylenol (acetaminophen) which is a pain killer and combining with advil would be a double whammy. If u already took both at the same time, it won't harm u. Take care! ...Read more

No: The am academy of pediatrics doesn't recommend any cough products for young children as they haven't been shown effective and sometimes are harmful. Children's coughs may benefit from vaporizer, drinking fluids, and 1 tsp honey for those over 1 year. If cough persists, see dr: consider asthma, pneumonia, postnasal drainage cough, etc. I am not familiar with gravol, so no advice with it. ...Read more
