Unlikely.: Medications used to treat diabetes, which include insulin, injectable medications, and oral (pill) medications- are not known to cause changes in brain chemistry/personality. Diabetes that is not being monitored or treated, on the other hand, can-- and by that i mean that if the blood sugar goes very high or very low it can cause mental status changes, and in severe cases diabetic coma or death. ...Read more
