What do you do for a person with chills but no fever or infection? 30 year old female, one child age 7 recently had tooth pulled, but opposite hurts

With severe chills and a history of crohn's, she should be evaluated immediately by her doctor, particularly if she is on immunosuppressive medications for her crohn's like Prednisone or other immunosuppresants. Please call her doctor and have her evaluated.
