Right testicle feels sore,got smaller then the left one. Slightly tender. No redness/warmness. No bad pain. Could be what? dont say "go to doc" i did.

And tortion & cancer could be r/o by scrotal ultrasound, which I'm assuming you received. That leaves following up with your doc, or even a specialist Urologist, as your next best way to get answers.
