Diet chart: No diet will help you get pregnant. I am not aware of any diet charts for that reason. If you have a child, this means you have the ability to get pregnant and i would not recommend doing extra other than being involved in regular sexual activity, making sure you and your partner are healthy and starting on prenatal vitamins prior to conception to make sure your baby gets the nutrients he needs. ...Read more
