My son has diaharra and I was wondering what I should do I gave him Advil (ibuprofen) and I gave him pediolyte. He eats but lot that much I tried to give him chicken noodle soup he ate a little and some crackers.
Things you can do for him are:
-stop giving juice (sugary drinks can worsen diarrhea) and continue giving oral rehydration solutions such as pedialyte.
-avoid dairy for a few days since milk can worsen diarrhea
-continue a regular diet
-watch for diaper rash, change diapers frequently and use a barrier diaper cream if he is in diapers

-the diarrhea lasts longer than 7 days
-for blood or mucus in the stool
