Calories in n out: That's a good start but. .. You basically need to burn more calories than you take in. Increase your exercise, choose healthier, less-caloric foods and drinks. The nice thing is that if u build more muscle you will even burn more calories while you sleep! and don't focus too much on weight. Constipation.: I would start by changing the type of fiber that you are getting in your diet. Rice in general is not usually a high-fiber food. Better would be some type of cereal grain. There are many different high-fiber cereals available. You could even consider adding psyllium fiber to your diet as a supplement. Drink plenty of liquid. If this does not help, see your doctor.
