I presume heart ....: Problems & lung problems have been ruled out. If so, it sounds like its either costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage) &/or muscular. If no contraindications, you can take ibuprofen. Consider seeing physical therapist for ultrasound treatment & possible exercises. Maybe: Your pain is surely musculo-skeletal (not your heart). Posture could be an issue but at 29, you're old enough for costochondritis (a form of rheumatism). Have you tried an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug)? For example: ibuprofen/Advil 400 mg every 4-6 hours with food as needed.
