Pump it up!: BMI are only for average body types. Those who are very lean or very muscular fall out of the category. What are you asking?: Please forgive me. Your best body weight is whatever looks and feels right to you while you are able to take part and keep up with peers doing your favorite athletic activities. The BMI charts were never intended as ideals for individuals, and in the most recent studies, "overweight" folks were healthier and lived longer.
