Sounds like you're: dealing with a newborn and maybe have some physical sx's that an MD should evaluate. Also sounds like you're getting run down. Any help with baby duties? I have chest pain only when doing pull-ups. It is at the base of my breast bone more on my left than right. It is sore to touch , but not bad.

Most causes are benign and resolve without specific treatment. Does not sound : Serious. Sounds like you may have unknowingly hurt something maybe in your back that you felt in your chest and now it is getting better. Since it is getting better that is a good sign and a sign that it is not serious.
