Chest wall: Congenital heart surgery often results in some distortion of the chest wall. Also inside the chest wall lining there are adhesions. Both can cause pain from bone/muscle. If you are active playing sports etc, chest wall pain is also common. Have you been tested for asthma, lung function? Not unusual for women to get winded later in pregnancy becuase the pregnant uterus prevents the diaphgragm from allowing you to take a full breath. HIGH INR: Assuming you are on an anticoagulant and your inr is really 6.2, that is way above therapeutic range and would place you at risk of a serious bleed requiring intervention. If you can confirm that your inr is indeed 6.2, I would recommend going to a different er as soon as possible for another opinion.
