Likely muscular: Usually if the pain occurs with movement it is probably related to the muscles that enable your arm to work. If you can recreate the pain by pressing on the area with your hand/fingers this should make it more clear that it is muscular in nature. Feel better. ...Read more

Yes: The presence of chest pain with movement most often indicates a muscular cause. Usually cardiac pain is worse with exertion, and lung related causes of chest pain are worse with breathing.
