I've noticed that usually when I have a chest pain , drinking alcohol relievse it till next morning, next morning I feel squeezing chest pain.why?

You need evaluation: I have no idea what the pain is, or why drinking alcohol makes it better, but you need to talk to your doctor. Hypertension in a 22 year old man is distinctly abnormal, and if your doctor has not tested you for more unusual causes of hypertension (coarctation of the aorta, primary hyperaldosteronism, renal artery stenosis and others), you should be tested for these. Ditch the caffeine: It's unlikely that at 19 this is a serious heart problem. Caffeine can make people jittery and cause fast and sometimes anbormal heart rhythms. It sounds like you should stay away from caffeine.
