Need an exam: As a neurologist, I immediately want to think about nervous system problems that can result in these symptoms: spinal stenosis, radiculopathy, plexopathy, etc. etc. Only way to know for sure if good exam. Probably: musculo-skletal pain due to muscle spasms from stress or anxiety or inflammation of the connection sites of the ribs to the chest bone.
