Multiple reasons: More information is needed to answer that question. However, it could be muscle-skeletal, nerve irritation or inflammation over layer around lung or heart. Unlikely to be heart disease but I would recommend you to visit a physician if it does not get better.

Pericarditis?: Check with your physician or a cardiologist to rule out this condition. You may need an ekg & chest xray. There are other possibilites as well & would require an office consultation.

Unlikely angina: Given your youthfulness ur pretest probability of heart artery blockages is low. Having said that lifestyle choices can change that probability. Your symptoms specifically are not consistent with heart artery blockages. Consider musculoskeletal pain, rib pain or pericarditis for instance. If symptoms change, see a doctor

Sharp dull Chest pain out of no where at times when bending over and when lifting arms or just sitting. .

Based on your: Question, the chest pain may be of musculoskeletal origin, however, I would follow up with your doctor for a full detailed history and physical exam, possibly testing. Best of luck.

Chest pain.: Unfortunately, chest pain can have many causes. Some simple, and some complex. Some bad, and some not so bad. As such, figuring out the cause of your chest pain may take some time. A consultation would be wise.

Costochondritis: Painful popping of the sternum happens when there is inflammation of the joint between the end of a rib and the sternum. This is known as costochondritis and can be very painful. Usually treated with anti-inflammatory medications and avoiding heavy lifting for a short time.

My sister slept with the AC on & thinks the cold air has caused the chest pain she's experiencing. She described the pain as a "tightness" under her right breast. Only felt when bending or twisting?

Could be muscular: I'm not sure how related sleeping with the ac can be but pain worse with twisting and bending is usually muscular in origin. Having said that- it doesn't mean it any be something else so I would suggest being seen by a doctor.

What could be the cause of chest pain and tightness, rib cage pain bilateral made worse by bending trunk, back pain between shoulder blades on right?

Musculoskeletal Pain: Pain on both sides of chest made worse by bending and back pain seems to be musculo skeletal pain. You can try aleve (naproxen) or Motrin and if not better have it checked by your family physician.

Central Chest pain when moving upper body or bending forward, no pain upon rest or inhaling, could this just be muscular?

Yes: The presence of chest pain with movement most often indicates a muscular cause. Usually cardiac pain is worse with exertion, and lung related causes of chest pain are worse with breathing. Nothing is ever 100%, though. If you have risk factors for heart disease (smoking, obesity, high BP, diabetes, or a family history), see your doctor to be sure. Hope this helps!

R sided chest pain in am. Worsens when breathing in and excruciating when bending forward.? Currently on prednisone for lupus like condition.

Chest pain: The way you described the pain it sounds like pericarditis, which means inflammation of the sac surrounding the heart, a condition that can be causes by lupus. Prednisone may help as well as nsaids. Talk to your doctor/specialist before you try any medications.

Too many symptoms--: For me to sort out what is going on in this forum, but many are serious enough that you should see a doctor ASAP!!! Good luck.
