Unlikely angina: Given your youthfulness ur pretest probability of heart artery blockages is low. Having said that lifestyle choices can change that probability. Your symptoms specifically are not consistent with heart artery blockages. Consider musculoskeletal pain, rib pain or pericarditis for instance. Could be muscular: I'm not sure how related sleeping with the ac can be but pain worse with twisting and bending is usually muscular in origin. Having said that- it doesn't mean it any be something else so I would suggest being seen by a doctor.See 1 more doctor answer

Central Chest pain when moving upper body or bending forward, no pain upon rest or inhaling, could this just be muscular?
Yes: The presence of chest pain with movement most often indicates a muscular cause. Usually cardiac pain is worse with exertion, and lung related causes of chest pain are worse with breathing. Nothing is ever 100%, though. If you have risk factors for heart disease (smoking, obesity, high BP, diabetes, or a family history), see your doctor to be sure. Hope this helps!
