Sharp severe pain in left knee. Pain occurs when bending or lifting leg, when going down stairs, and when pressing quad-edge of kneecap.
Protection!: You know the joke "Doc, it hurts when I do this." and Doc says "Don't do that! Well, for now try not to do those things. LBA under 30: I assume there is no radiation so this points to localized lesions in a "youngster." See your doctor for an x-ray -most likely spondylolisthesis-a developmental instability in the 4th or 5th lumbar vertebra. Less likely is arthritis from old injury or a birth defect.
