ChstPain aftertrauma: More info is needed. If trauma is primarily to the chest wall, the pain may well be musculoskeletal. Left lower abdomen: You could have an incarcerated hernia. Hopefully, it is not strangulating from your description. Better have it checked ASAP. You can check about your chest pain then. Doubt it is an item of real severity. Of consideration, have you been coughing a lot lately? H/o of asthma? Brochitis? It can be related to your develop of your hernia. ...Read more

Yes: The presence of chest pain with movement most often indicates a muscular cause. Usually cardiac pain is worse with exertion, and lung related causes of chest pain are worse with breathing.
