Hi I've been having chest pains. Had a CT scan done and they found i had two swollen lymph nodes. I have no other symptoms becides the chest pain.?
Quite a few causes: Chestwall itself, esophagus/stomache, lungs, heart, pancreas, and even liver problems can cause chest pain. In the young, more likely chestwall itself or reflux is causing pain. Correlated or not?: It is hard to know, especially without doing a physical exam and taking a complete medical history, whether or not the long standing enlarged lymph nodes (how big?) and your new symptoms are related. If you have not been to a physician, i would recommend going. It is reassuring the nodes have been stable for a year.
