Just because you are: only 20 doesn't mean you can't have heart related issues. It is unlikely at your age, but you should still be checked out. If you are using illegal drugs, specifically cocaine, it makes that much more likely, as the drug itself can cause coronary artery spasm without any prior heart disease.
