I : I hope you have seen a medical doctor by now. Excrutiating abdominal pain along with all your other symptoms definitely warrants an immediate medical evaluation. For the future inform your parents right away and present to an er or urgent care. Things like appendicitis, intestinal infections, hepatitis, mononucleosis, gastroenteritis (stomach flu) with dehydration and many other issues could be to blame. I hope you are better by now. If you are not then you need to seek medical attention right away. ...Read more

Physical stress or injury (over exercise or "pulled muscle") or local viral or other underlying infections may be playing a role. If not responsive to rest, local heat, muscle relaxants or mild analgesics, you need to talk to your doctor. ...Read more

Is chest pain on deep breaths a usual symptom of aspergillosis?

Yes but..: Association does not mean causality. Aspergillosis is less likely than multiple other causes for what you're describing (pleurisy / plereuritic chest discomfort). I would seek a physician for a physical exam and pertinent diagnostic studies. ...Read more
