Chest pain with deep breath. Enlargd rght neck lymph node. Gingvitis. FEVER 37, Xrays ok,Blood tests ok. Swollen bone right chest. I work o heavy load?

Why the concern?

Chest pain on deep inspiration only is almost certainly chest wall pain and is no concern. All young men have at least one enlarged neck lymph node. A temperature of 37C isn't a fever. Different people have different-shaped bones on their chests. Your dentist can advise you about your gum disease; I'd urge you simply to be grateful for good health and to continue enjoying your youth.

Pleurisy
Some of that sounds like pleurisy. However, these are signs and symptoms that could suggest a serious infection including pneumonia. Some heart problems like pericarditis (inflammation of the heart lining) can also cause these kinds of symptoms but is less likely. Best to get a good history and exam to decide

Dr. Neal Kraus answered:

Is chest pain on deep breaths a usual symptom of Aspergillosis?

Yes but..

Chest_pressure
Association does not mean causality. Aspergillosis is less likely than multiple other causes for what you're describing (pleurisy / plereuritic chest discomfort). I would seek a physician for a physical exam and pertinent diagnostic studies.

Turn my head L & R (normal speed) & I get a sharp pain on the R side of my chest. Pain remains w/ deep breaths. 2days now. What can cause this pain?

Chest wall

Head
The behavior of pain appears to be related to motion, i.e., neck movement and breathing. Pleuritic pain is elicited by breathing. But your pain also comes on with turning your head right and left. Anything related to chest wall most likely leads to your symptoms. Please see a physician if this persists.

Should I go to a doctor about my high blood pulse? I have been dealing with a serious chest pain, difficulty taking deep breaths at some points, and a high blood pulse consistently of 126. However, I am currently taking medications such as Trileptal, Aman

Chest

Chest pain and tachycardia (high heart rate) are serious symptoms that need to be investigated right away. A heart rate of 126 is not normal regardless of what medication you are taking. You need a complete history, physical, and diagnostic testing including an ekg. You may be dealing with coronary artery disease. If this is suspected further work up and evaluation by a cardiologist is in order. Best of luck.

My 12 year old is having slight chest pain when taking a deep breath. What should we do?

Chest pain in children can be as simple as muscle cramping in the chest wall, minor injury during activity, etc but could also be from asthma, pneumonia, heartburn, or other health issues. Heart-related chest pain at twelve is thankfully very rare, but not impossible. There is likely a solution, and when you know the answer, your child and you will feel better.

Chest pain is ALWAYS a poor idea to manage via internet forums. If you are having lasting chest pain, please seek emergency medical care. I also note in your profile that you have angina, raising my concern for your overall health. Best wishes.
