I : I hope you have seen a medical doctor by now. Excrutiating abdominal pain along with all your other symptoms definitely warrants an immediate medical evaluation. For the future inform your parents right away and present to an er or urgent care. Things like appendicitis, intestinal infections, hepatitis, mononucleosis, gastroenteritis (stomach flu) with dehydration and many other issues could be to blame. I hope you are better by now.
