Right sided pain: Does your pain worsen with eating, particularly fatty foods?? If so, try a low fat diet and get in for a gallbladder evaluation, you may have gallstones. Multiple Aches/Pains: Without further details, it is hard to say. Do you only get light headed when lying prone? Can you trace the onset of these sx to a certain abrupt start date? Clearly, one would want to rule out lung or cardiac or aortic causes of your pain first, and if the sx don't clear very soon, i would see you doctor musculoskeletal-skeletal causes, such as costochondritis may be considered. ...Read more
