See your Dr ASAP: Especially if you are pregnant and w/ your cardiac condition, have an exam. At the least, you'll know if your rib is cracked (probably not) and you'll get Rx(s) to ease the pain and help the URI clear up. It's not good to add anxiety/avoidance to the mix.
