What could upper abdomen pain after eating and unbearable chest pain when laid flat at night be please?
Healthy, 41y.o. with lower chest pain and lump-in-throat, discomfort swallowing, day after eating fast-hot temp meal. No gastro.probs. Just heartburn?
Upper right abdomen pain,nausea and pain in right shoulder blade . Happens after every meal. Mouth turns sour after eating something sweet.

Dyspepsia: VijayG ~ normal UGI endoscopy and still have dyspepsia. Was H.pylori level tested?
