Hello. : Hello. I am sorry i didn't see your question earlier. I will list some of the symptoms of a mycocardial infarction (heart attack). Chest pain, tightness, squeezing or fullness is the most common presentation. However the pain can also present in the upper back, the upper middle abdomen, jaw, head, teeth or in the arms (left more than right). One could have nausea, vomiting or it could feel like indigestion or heartburn. Feeling short of breath, sweating and just feeling out of sorts can also occur. About a fourth of people have no significant symptoms during a heart attack. I recommend that you be seen asap. ...Read more
Need more info : Cause needs to be determined before any remedy, "natural" or not, can be suggested. You need a diagnosis before treatment. Would suggest that you be evaluated by a qualified practitioner who can determine the actual cause of your symptoms. ...Read more
I have really bad lower left side back pain which shoot down my leg with pins&needed and I also have sharp chest pain and numbness in my left arm?
Need to address ASAP: Need to address what might harm you the most quickly. Your chest pain radiating down your left arm describes a heart attack. Take aspirin if not allergic and seek help NOW. Your back and leg symptoms sound more like a herniated disc /sciatic nerve injury. Only after you are evaluated for your heart, a workup for back problems as mentioned should be initiated. Answer is not on internet, call 911. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I have a thymoma and I've been havin chest pain with numbness and tingling in my arms I know its not a panic attack like everyone says so what could be?
Check it out: Any chest pain should be considered a possibility of heart origin -- so make sure that it is not a coronary heart disease -- then perhaps you need another imaging study to see the size of your thymoma -- it too can cause chest discomfort and numbness to the extremities and may need to be removed -. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Go to ER for pain/BP: The BP is very high for a 36 year old person and may be due to a problem with narrowing of the aorta, a tumor in the adrenal gland or narrowed artery to the kidneys as 3 more dangerous problems. Controlling the BP and finding the cause of a young person's high BP needs immediate attention. Contact your doctor or go to the ER for this problem. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Chest pain, arm numbness, doctor did a physical and took BP and pulse. He said it's most likely a nerve pinch because my heart sounds well...
? other tests ?: At 18 you are at low risk for a heart problem but I have seen pericarditis in younger kids with similar symptoms. An ekg and/or cardiac enzymes would rule out most issues that combine arm numbness with chest pain. Without the arm numbness i would consider heartburn/reflux more likely. However having a more extensive history with timing/duration/activities & exam would allow a more thorough answer. ...Read more

Poss false negative: Cardiolyte stress tests in the best laboratories in the world only have 80% sensitivity. You don't mention if your pain is exertional. That aspect of pain is far more important than the other descriptors you use. You need a coronary angiogram to clear the air. It may be normal. Your pain may not be of cardiac origin.
