May never find out: The key is that all the causes of chest pain that can kill you (coronary artery occlusion, pulmonary thromboembolus, aortic root tear, pneumonia, collapsed lung) weren't present. Many physicians are unfamiliar with a severe chest pain syndrome in young adult caused by an odd reaction to a common virus (pleurodynia). Chest wall pain is often undiagnosable. Relax & be thankful for good health.

Chest xray?: Did you have a chest x-ray? It would make sense that among all the other tests you mentioned they would have done a chest xray to r/o a pneumothorax or a pneumonia. It is possible this is reflux, so you can try some antacid like Tums (calcium carbonate) to see if it helps. Another possiblility is costochondritis, an inflammation of the joints between the ribs and the breast bone. Usually ibuprofen helps with that

Possible renal stone: Intermittent pain in the side, radiating to the back, and associated with blood in the urine, can be due to a urinary tract stone. This can be very uncomfortable. There are certainly other possible causes, but an x-ray to look for a stone would be worthwhile. A CT scan without contrast is the best way to find a small stone.

Breast feeding and blood in urine. What do these symptoms mean?

Related?: The first thing that comes to mind is you have a urine infection. I have never had a mother who is breast feeding ever tell me she had bloody urine without a urine infection being present. Need to get this checked out by seing your doctor.

Bleeding in kidney: You could have pain in kidney area, due to bleeding in the kidney. You should have this checked by kidney doctor, nephrologist or urologist you should get blood work done to check kidney function and to look for anemia.

Stabbing chest pains, increased anxiety, history of depression, itching, 2 weeks smoke free? Blood urine heart chest X-ray all clear. Worrying?!

Stabbing chest pains, increased anxiety, history of depression, itching, 2 weeks smoke free? Blood urine heart chest X-ray all clear. Worrying?!

Chest pain: The likely answer is Anxiety mediated, but I do not know you, especially over the computer, so chest pain needs to be seen to rule out cardiac. If probable anxiety as suspected and you have an itch too, then Hydroxyzine HCL is non-addicting, and FDA approved for both anxiety and itching, so your Dr. May "kill 2 birds with one stone." Best wishes.

Chest pain for a week; been to A&E and ECG, X-Ray and urine sample all clear. Still very painful chest. What is it and how can I get rid of the pain?

Chest pain for a week; been to A&E and ECG, X-Ray and urine sample all clear. Still very painful chest. What is it and how can I get rid of the pain?

More work up: Persistent chest pain needs to be addressed immediately. Although you have already been seen at the emergency room perhaps a review of what is done and what is going on can give more answers. I would consider a repeat visit to the emergency room

Lower left chest pain/LUQ & mid Abd pain x 1 week. Dr. diagnosed bladder infection on Fri. & urine culture found strep B. How long will the pain last?

Not long: If the infection had ascended to your kidneys, it might take a little longer to resolve. If not beter in a couple more days, go back and be re-assessed. Be well.

Pain under left rib, left side/back &left knee. Severe headache, pain left side of head. Switching on left side of face, chest pain. Positve ecoli urine?

Fever?: If you have fever, I would be worried that your symptoms indicate urinary tract sepsis, a life threatening illness. An emergency dept visit would be reasonable.

Was yesterday in the ER because. Of chest pain, low diuresis and low BP (I have high BP).ECG normal, Troponins and Urine normal. Ended me home. BP persist low (105-65).What could that be? I don't feel dizzy. Txs

Low BP: I see that you're on 2 medications for hypertension. You need to contact your own physician and tell him/her about your blood pressure -- your medication doses probably need adjusting or changing. Bp's in the range of 105/65 are not unhealthy, except that your body isn't used to them. It's good you went to er since you had chest pain, and I'm glad your heart studies were normal.

I have a chest infection and went to docs and got an antibiotic. Very high temp 39.5 and sore from head to toe. Blood in urine today should I worry?

Fever: The short answer is yes. Given the blood in the urine you need to be seen in an emergency ward today. Drink lots of fluids and take some acetaminophen (NOT aspirin or ibuprofen).

What causes fatigue, night sweats, chest pain, red painful wrinkled toes, vitamin D deficiency and leukocytes in urine?

What causes fatigue, night sweats, chest pain, red painful wrinkled toes, vitamin D deficiency and leukocytes in urine?

Concerning: Your symptoms are concerning for a number of possible illnesses, and definitely needs to be worked up urgently. I would be most concerned for a possible malignancy, or other chronic inflammatory syndrome. Unfortunately, your multiple symptoms make it impossible, to give a specific diagnosis. However these symptoms are serious, and should be Evaluated and worked up as soon as possible

Chest distress: Your symptoms warrant evaluation of heart, lung and esophageal functions. Ideally a physician takes a thorough history, performs a careful physical examination and orders appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis. Testing includes chest X-Ray, EKG, treadmill stress test and either an upper gi series or gastroscopy performed by a gastroenterologist. Discuss this with your primary carephysician
