After taking a long bike ride yesterday, I had dull achy chest pain and back pain and its not going away. What are possible causes?
Muscles: If the pain has been constant then more than likely you are having muscle aches. Poor positioning on the bike can cause this, this is amplified by long rides. Also not being in shape enough to complete the long ride without feeling beat could also be a part. If the pain has been coming and going away completely, and gets worse with activity then see a doctor today.

Have had stomach pain for past 2 weeks that feels like flutters on the left side under rib cage along with chest pain and back pain. What could it be?
More than 1 problem: The stomach pain is most likely caused by stomach pain. But the flutters are due to irregularities in your heart rhythm - most often in your age group: premature atrial beats (or contractions). You can feel better by avoiding caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and getting plenty of sleep and trying stress reduction techniques (like yoga or TM). IF that fails, there are meds that can help.

I'm having bad chest pain, stomach pain, and back pain, and I felt like I was gonna throw up, my last attack lasted almost 30 minutes and I couldn't bar?
See a doctor: Pain such as this needs to be evaluated by a physician. There are several potential causes so get checked soon. You should be evaluated for a gallstone.
It's possible: Your spine send out nerve roots that follow dermatomes - these are innervated areas that extend all the way around your front, side and back in bands. A pinched nerve from disk disease can cause both back and chest pain and we do see it from time to time. See this diagram: https://www. Google. Com/search? Q=dermatomes+of+the+back;newwindow=1;rlz=1c1chwa_enus535us535;espv=210;es_sm=122;tbm=isch;source.
See your doctor: Could be a problem with skin, nerves, muscle, shoulder, lung, heart, or stomach. See your doctor for a more thorough history, physical exam and further evaluation. If you sleep on your stomach you could have a neck strain that radiates pain to the chest or arm. Get checked out just to make sure.
Always possible: Costochondritis is always possible given your age. It will be uncommon to cause back pain, though. If you have a clearly delineated area where by just pressing lightly you can reproduce or worsen the pain, your pain is most likely musculoskeletal. Otherwise would suggest seeing your doc for a detailed exam and diagnosis.
Needs Evaluation: It could be coming from your spine, from your stomach or gall bladder, from something going on inside your chest like pneumonia or a lung tumor, could be your heart or great vessels (aorta). Bottom line is there are too many things that it could be without some investigation. Some of these conditions are life-threatening. Get to a doctor asap.See 1 more doctor answer
