You need to see MD: Although you are young, your symptoms are very alarming and definitely not normal. I would suggest you follow up with your PCP very soon. Maybe: Your pain is surely musculo-skeletal (not your heart). Posture could be an issue but at 29, you're old enough for costochondritis (a form of rheumatism). Have you tried an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug)? For example: ibuprofen/Advil 400 mg every 4-6 hours with food as needed.
