See below:: I agree completely with dr rajput. See the cardiologist. If its not bothering you during exercises, then I think its more anxiety still causing you concerns. chest pain with exertion and chest pain with deep breathing and ply different types of conditions
Chest pain with exertion can be related to coronary disease or "hardening of the arteries or a heart valve problem whereas chest discomfort with breathing implies a lung problem or possibly inflammation of the sack that surrounds your heart

Heart Issues: Well, the most concerning possibility is that this is angina from heart disease. You should see your doctor asap and have this evaluated. Costochondritis or: Inflammation of the rib cage is something that would cause this type of pain. If it’s related to your breathing it can be pleural pain or lung pain. Occasionally this sort of pain could also be related to inflammation around your heart but it is rare and you would be pretty sick.
