You need to see MD: Although you are young, your symptoms are very alarming and definitely not normal. I would suggest you follow up with your PCP very soon. Sounds like GERD: These are typical symptoms of acid reflux, also known as gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD. I assume that the symptoms typically occur 1-2 hours after meals, especially big meals, & meals with spicy foods, tomatoes, caffeinated beverages (coffee, cola), peppers, or other food / drink triggers. Go to hospital now: You might be describing atypical angina that may be due to heart disease. While you're youngish to have such severe heart disease, it's not impossible. So time to go to hospital now for evaluation. Have someone take you (don't drive yourself). A few things: Check w/ md, in order of frequency: 1.Tight iliotibial (it) bands: learn some stretches from internet & do them when you're warmed up or seek physical therapy. 2.Trochanteric bursitis: might need othopedist and injection especially if thigh hurts when you roll over on it. 3:hip or low back arthritis causing "pinching" of cartilage or nerve. 4:bone pain from weakness, osteoporosis, over-training. ...Read more

At 29 years of age: The odds are in your favor, but I see under your "Conditions" you have listed coronary artery disease. Maybe: Your pain is surely musculo-skeletal (not your heart). Posture could be an issue but at 29, you're old enough for costochondritis (a form of rheumatism). Have you tried an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug)? For example: ibuprofen/Advil 400 mg every 4-6 hours with food as needed.
