I have mild to moderate chest pain when I exercise. I am fit and it recently started occurring. What could this be?
Seek help: While it is unlikely that this is concerning ischemia(the type of heart disease that involves blockages of arteries), any chest pain that persists warrants an evaluation. In fact it could even be an exercise induced variant of asthma. It's hard to say without more information and examining you, but again, I would still strongly suggest an in-person evaluation.
