Heart rate: If you had tests the "strong" beat should have been identified. I am not sure what you mean by a strong beat. Is your heart rate regular or is the strong beat an early or skipped beat? The fast heart rate, if always present, is another issue. All these questions can be answered fully by a cardiologist if you have not seen one. Caffeine reaction: Even though you may have had an americano under the exact same set if circumstances before this particular time it sounds like your body reacted to caffeine stimulus.
