Follow up cyst: I am not sure what you mean by "a t" facial pain, nor how long ago your cyst was first seen, but swelling of the same cheek (as the cyst) with pain suggests that your cyst may have grown and could now be infected. Follow up with your oral surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Even if symptoms were to temporarily ease up, do not ignore. ...Read more
