What's UR threshold?: Either: 1) you have lactose intolerance but didn't take enough lactase enzyme; or 2) you are intolerant to another component of cheese. It seems that in your case it recurs with heavy fatty loads, overlapping symptoms common in gallbladder dysfunction and pancreatic insufficiency. Would suggest reducing at a minimum, specifically fatty intake in trying to find a threshold in the amount that will still be tolerated OK. ...Read more
