It's safe, inexpensive, and noninvasive; it is most effective after menopause; most recommend starting at age 40. Was rather obsessively checking my breasts & armpits for lumps - now I can feel what I think is a small lymph node. Could I have caused it to enlarge?
Unlikely: Do not check it more often than once in two weeks. If it doubles in size or other lymph nodes get larger, see doctor. For good health - If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
