Can I use tretinion cream and benzaclin (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide) topical gel at the same time at night?
Not recommended: Tretinoin is a fairly unstable molecule and the benzoyl peroxide in BenzaClin has been shown to make the tretinoin less active. Also, tretinoin is inactivate by sunlight. Therefore, i always suggest you apply tretinoin at bedtime and the other acne meds in the am. Yes and no.: Benzoyl peroxide can cause photosensitivity, but that doesn't mean you're restricted to using it at night. Apply a good broad-spectrum sunscreen (spf 30 or higher) every morning, and limit yourself to a sensible amount of sun exposure. And you'll want to stay out of tanning beds as well. ...Read more

If you snore and stop breathing at night, you need to see sleep specialist to rule out sleep apnea. But otherwise people snore for multiple reasons (could be nose related vs palate vs tongue vs a combination of these) so there isnt one answer to your question. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
