Myth but use if help: Many of my patients swear by the benefits of olive or bio-oil and so i generally don't dissuade them but there is very little science to support its use. It is probably the massage, (which we know helps scars) that is used to apply the oil, which is actually providing the improvements observed. Massage with any clean oil 3-4 times a day. Silicon gel strips are morel likely to improve the scar. ...Read more

See Derm: Accutane has a huge number of very serious side effects and must be monitored by a skilled physician with experience prescribing it. I do not recommend ordering online and don't know how you could get it anyway as it is a prescription drug. See a dermatologist as there are many methods, techniques and medicines for acne. The rest are okay: I'd urge you to get your vitamins from a balanced diet rather than a bottle. Avoid taking vitamin a itself; if your dermatologist isn't adverse to your taking a multivitamin with only a small amount of a, it would be okay.
