Exercised biceps today. Later got Charlie horse in left arm. Bad pain subsided but arm still hurts, running through hand. Can this be heart related?
Not likely: Given your history of working your biceps today, and you're 27, it's not likely that it's your heart. If you are very concerned, though, this is something that would have to be evaluated in person. Best of luck! ...Read more

Arm sling, vitamin C: If you can move your arm, chances are that it is not fractured. So, most likely a soft tissue injury. Take some over the counter advil or aleve (naproxen) (if you are not allergic) and wear a sling to keep your arm still. If the pain continues or gets worse, get evaluated by a physician and get xray. Hi, Discomfort (like a cramp) below my left shoulder. Feels like a charlie horse forming, but not quite getting there. Same on forearm (left).49yo-F?
May contain the "answer" since "referred" pain from a pinched nerve at the C6-C7 cervical veterbral level radiates to the shoulder and forearm.
Check this out with your PCP (primary Care Provider) and in the meantime try applying HEAT to the BACK OF YOUR NECK and see if that helps!!
Hope this helps!
