No Boost.: There's lots of very tasty protein in many Morningstar products. You do not need boost in addition. You can get what you need from better tasting food and freshly prepared fruits, grains, and vegetables, properly prepared. Dairy,eggs,nuts,seed: Many vegetarian food are excellent sources of protein. Soybeans ; hemp seeds have more protein content than meat. Eggs are a superb source of protein. Dairy has protein, as do nuts, seeds and beans. It is especially wise to seek organic sources of soy to avoid gmo soy, and organic dairy and eggs, or else it will be from animals fed gmo corn ; soy, which are quite possibly hazardous to health! ...Read more

Your daily protein: requirements are not nearly as high as you might think. As long as you are eating a variety of foods, it is very difficult to not get enough protein, as long as you are eating enough calories. Even "low protein" foods, such as potatoes, have about 8% protein, which is close to the WHO recommendation of 10% of daily calories. Hope this helps! ...Read more
