After eating anything I go pale, red lips, redness in cheeks, extremely sleepy. This can last from 30mins - a few hours. Not allergy related after I allergy test came back negative for everything.

That would be due to dryness; however, your description is suspicious for contact dermatitis from something that has touched your lips recently.
